Dian Riemer
Let harpist Dian Riemer provide memorable music for your Austin area wedding or special event. Dian plays many different styles of music including classical, popular, religious, traditional, and light jazz. Dian can provide music for your event as a solo harpist or with a violinist, flutist, cellist, or vocalist.
Dian has played the harp since she was nine years old and received a bachelor's degree in harp performance and a master's degree in music education from The University of Texas at Austin. Currently, Dian plays her harp at Austin's renowned Belgian Restaurant where she has provided a special musical ambiance for over ten years. Among Dian's many accomplishments are performing at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., winning the string competition of the Kingsville Young Performers Competition, and providing harp music for Luci Baines Johnson's wedding reception.
