Hyde Park Strings was founded in 1995 by Cellist Linda Sullivan, then a graduate student at the University of Texas School of Music. Since then, with the help of friends and colleagues Wallace DePue, Paul Robertson, and Sara Driver, the ensemble has grown to include ten core members, and has performed at hundreds of weddings and private gatherings. As music professionals, they always give an artistic and polished performance, whether it is a backyard wedding with 15 guests or a gala party for 300.

"We believe that chamber music doesn't have to be 'elevator' music, and that every client deserves a performance that radiates with the enthusiasm that we as an ensemble share for the music." From their sound to their look, the Hyde Park Strings maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
